    • Erect a To Let board
    • Draw up and complete tenancy and guarantor agreements (where applicable)
    • Register tenants deposits with Deposit Protection Scheme
    • Notify utility suppliers and Lincoln City Council of change of occupier and readings
    • Collect rent and chase arrears
    • Landlords have access to our online Landlord portal where you can view offers, statements
    • and invoices, certificates, inspection reports and much more.
    • Periodic property inspections with reports
    • Chase rent arrears
    • Report and manage repairs and maintenance issues, obtaining quotes from contractors and
    • arranging for work to be carried out
    • Check out and inspection. Arrange deposit returns and negotiate deductions if required
