Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Before marketing a property, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) must be ordered or commissioned. At Green Key Estate Agents, we can arrange this for you, or you are welcome to use an external provider of your choice. To streamline the process, we offer EPCs starting from just £70 plus VAT (£84 Inc. VAT) EPCs were introduced by the European Parliament to promote energy efficiency in homes and encourage property owners and tenants to reduce their carbon footprints. The certificate is prepared by a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor who visits the property, gathers essential data, and produces the report.
