Your advert
Our team of specialists will create your advert, and take professional photographs, Floor plans, and property descriptions. We will need to instruct an EPC. When you're happy, we'll list your property on our website and major UK portals, like Rightmove etc.

Viewings and offers
Sit back and let us take care of viewings if you prefer (Traditional sales package ONLY), where we’ll find potential buyers for your property. Get instant feedback, and receive offers as soon as they're made.

Buyer referencing
Once you've accepted an offer, we’ll carry out the necessary buyer referencing. We’ll check their financial position to ensure they can proceed with the purchase with proof of funds in place or a mortgage in principle agreed.

Sales agreement
After a buyer is confirmed, we'll prepare your sales agreement and ensure all necessary documents are signed and in place to send to the correct conveyancing solicitors.

Completion
Upon completion, keys will be handed over to the buyer or their solicitor. For managed sales (Traditional sales package), we’ll ensure everything runs smoothly until you officially exchange and complete.
